OYMYAKON - PREFAB MODULAR SYSTEM BOX CONTAINER FREIGHT PACKING. OYAMYAKON KLEE KAI.
The module combines a democratic price and a demountable construction, allows to build buildings of any purpose up to 2 floors, for 3 hours, and is suitable for use in temperature modes from +30 to -25 degrees Celsius. Floor, ceiling and walls are high-quality sandwich panels, which are specially made for this model in the OYAMYAKON factory. The prefabricated container is manufactured by OYAM-CONSTRACT LLC in Russia. The set includes 14 wall panels that can be installed in any sequence, which allows you to individually locate the doors and windows of the container, as well as adjust the width of the inter-container (inter-container) walls. Modules are installed on each other in 2 floors, and on the horizontal plane you can unite an unlimited number of Kli-kai containers. Between each other, the modules are connected to bolted connections through fitting corners, which are located on the top and bottom frames at the corners of the container (cabins). The longitudinal frame of the container is made of steel with a shelf of 100 mm, and vertical racks made of steel with a shelf of 100 * 90 mm. The longitudinal frame is equipped with a reinforcement rib 40 mm, and the upper frame is additionally reinforced by hidden trusses. The overall height of the metal longitudinal frame is 140 mm and 180 mm. The height of the transverse wooden floor and ceiling logs is 150 mm. ОСНОВА НАШИХ МОДУЛЬНЫХ ЗДАНИЙ И БЛОК-КОНТЕЙНЕРОВ
Изготовление каждого блок-контейнера и модульного здания начинается со сборки на производстве его основы - рамы из металлических комплектующих. Мы производим два вида рам: из сложногнутого профиля (СГП) и гнутого профиля (ГП). Каждая рама имеет свои преимущества. Выбор рамы является одиним из основных факторов влияющих на конечную цену.
Сложногнутый профиль
Сложногнутые профили (СГП) применются для профессиональных блок-контейнеров и модульных зданий. Он используются при строительстве административных зданий требующих высоких прочностных характеристик, зданий возводимых в сложных погодных условиях, вахтовых поселков. Такие здания не деформируются при транспортировке, не требуют дополнительной цетральной стойки по 6 метровой стороне при строительстве зальных помещений. Мощная рама с высотой профиля 187 мм придает эстетичный внешний вид всему зданию. Стойки выполняются из стали 3 мм с сечением полок 162х162 мм и отгибами 20х20 мм. Основу из СГП профиля выбирают корпоративные клиенты, горнодобывающие и нефтедобывающие компании, государственные заказчки и армия. Рама из сложногнутого профиля имеет идеальное соотношение веса и жесткости конструкции, не имеет провисания продольных профилей. Минусом такой рамы является более высокая цена по сравнению с рамой из гнутого профиля. Рамы могут изготавливаться в цельносварном или сборно-разборном исполнении на болтовом соединении.

Гнутый профиль
Гнутый профиль (ГП) или гнутый швеллер на Российском рынке является самой популярной основой для блок-контейнеров и модульных зданий ввиду его доступности и дешевезны по сравнению со сложногнутым профилем. Совместно с гнутым швеллером используется горячекатанный уголок 75 мм для производства стоек будуших строений. Здания из таких рам имееют не критичное провисание продольного швеллера при транспортировке, но не подходят для постоянных передеслокаций и требуют дополнительной центральной стойки по 6 метровой стороне при строительстве зальных помещений. Также они требуют хорошего фундамента с восьмью точками опоры. Высота гнутого швелера 100 мм верхней и нижней рамы, увеличение сечения швеллера до 120 мм не дает желаемого эффекта жесткости, а лиш добавляет провисания. Для увеличения жесткости используется дополнительная центральная стойка. Блок-контейнеры и модульные здания с основой из гнутого швеллера 100 мм подходя для строительных городков, дачных блок-контейнеров, модульных зданий, штабов строительства.
